What would you do as our Product Manager Industrial Doors
As Product Manager, you are responsible for the business development, product strategy and roadmap, and commercial success of the following product categories: Folding Doors, Fire-rated and Steel Hinged Doors, and Roller Shutters.
You act as a functional “general manager” for your product line, with full accountability for results. This is a highly cross-functional role where you work closely with sales companies in both direct and indirect channels, gaining a deep understanding of product applications, customer needs, and market dynamics. The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who has:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration.
More than 5 years of experience in a multinational, corporate organization, with a proven track record and a solid understanding of financial drivers from Net Sales to Contribution Margin.
Experience from working with configurable, electromechanical products is a strong advantage
Product Management experience is an advantage; alternatively, relevant experience from Sales or Product Development is required.
Proficient in spoken and written English; additional European languages are considered an advantage.
Strong computer skills with proficiency in standard office tools, and required experience working in sales-CRM environments and product configuration tools.

What would you do as our Integration Solution Architect

As our Commercial Product Manager, you will ensure that we can offer and promote our Swing Door product portfolio for all business units, different verticals and sales channels within the Division. We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to develop clear and comprehensive documentation for our automatic door systems.
You will be part of a dynamic R&D technical documentation team and work with products related to our Business Segment Pedestrian (BSP). The main products include Sliding Doors, Swing Doors, Revolving Doors, and Security Entrance Control products. Our door automation solutions are machines serving millions of people in public areas; hence, we take pride in complying with several national and international safety standards without compromising on user experience, energy efficiency, sustainability, or security.

You would also:
Develop clear, accurate, and user-friendly manuals, installation guides, product specifications, and maintenance documents.

What you would do as our Logistics systems & Process Excellence manager
The Logistics Systems & Process Excellence Manager is responsible for leading the optimization and enhancement of logistics systems and processes across the Entrance Systems division. This role drives continuous improvement initiatives, implements advanced logistics technologies, and ensures the efficient flow of goods throughout the supply chain. By designing optimized processes, the manager supports the end-to-end logistics needs across various segments. They own all systems supporting these processes, overseeing their development and managing agreements with system suppliers.
Strategically, this role ensures continuous advancement in logistics operations, process improvement methodologies, and systems integration. The scope includes inbound and outbound transport, warehouse operations, inventory planning and control, and logistics quality processes, covering both finished goods (FG) and spare parts.


You would also:
Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of logistics management systems (LMS & TMS), ensuring seamless integration with supply chain and ERP systems while working closely with the Assa Abloy IT organization.
Lead logistics-related projects from conception to completion, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines and budgets, and communicating project status and outcomes to stakeholders.
Identify and implement process improvement initiatives using lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement through Kaizen events and other activities.

In this role you will be part of and coordinate a small team working with IoT data analytics and algorithms. The team is responsible for converting IoT data from our connected doors to useful insights. Our work covers areas such as energy efficiency, safety, service optimization, availability and customer insights. The team is also responsible for algorithms that are part of our sensor systems.
A lot of focus is put on collecting and analyzing IoT data from our connected doors to gain insights to optimizing the customers’ and our own operations. You will have dialogue with stakeholders to get an understanding of the business needs and then convert those requirements into functionality together with the team. Typically, you start by developing and testing algorithms offline on collected data, then moving the algorithm concept to a deployment in a production environment. This means that you will write and communicate technical requirements on hardware, embedded software and Cloud to ensure that the developed algorithm works end-to-end. You will also work with validation of the algorithms. Communication with other tech teams and external stakeholders is essential.

The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:

Has educational background and/or professional experience in Data Science, Data Engineering or algorithm development.
Is comfortable working with Python and familiar with some of the libraries commonly used in Data Science.
Has experience of working in preferably AWS Cloud, or some other Cloud platform.

What you would do as our HRIS SUPPORT SPECIALIST
You will be part of a Team reporting to our HR Information System Manager for the Entrance System Division, Martin Wall. The Team is supporting our Colleagues around the globe with their requests regarding and adjacent to our Global HRIS, Success factors (internally branded GPS, Global People Solutions). Support requests relate to everything from user error, system functionality, data inconsistencies, integration errors, process questions etc. Key responsibilities besides resolving requests will be HR data analytics, master data management, reporting and auditing. We use most modules in the Success factors suite, and we are three years into a global rollout, so the successful candidate will have the opportunity to see the whole system as well as suggest operational improvement areas. In addition to this, the HRIS Support Specialist will be responsible for undertaking wider GPS support activities, such as delivering training, supporting and coaching our HR Colleagues and Managers.


You would also:
Resolve incoming HRIS-related support requests from local HR, managers and employees, Tier 1 and 2


Perform HR data analysis and reporting


Interact and cooperate with our Global GPS Admins regarding requests that require escalation


Undertake other GPS support activities, such as coaching and training users, developing user guides and acting as a system expert
Conduct audits on employee data to ensure that it is appropriately maintained and correctly stored


Supporting the HRIS Manager with future GPS module rollouts, go-lives, data migration, engagement activities and any ad-hoc tasks as required.

Focusing on ensuring that a comprehensive product portfolio is available for the defined markets, segments and sales channels. You will work closely with the Product Development team and the Marketing & Digital Solutions team.
During the Program you will be in continuous contact with your dedicated mentor, and you will also be assigned a local host, who will help you to settle in, wherever you go. Our Technology Platforms Organization
Technology Platforms is developing and maintaining the control systems and electronic platforms for entrance systems.
