We’re searching for an Infor M3 Finance Business Relations Manager with a deep understanding of Infor M3 and a solid grasp of finance processes to help optimize our Business Segment Pedestrian (BSP). What you will do as our Infor M3 Finance Business Relations Manager:

In this role, you will take charge of process enhancements and business support. Collaborating closely with the BSP application team, you’ll attend strategic meetings, analyze business needs, and implement transformative solutions. Your mission is to improve efficiency across service solutions, ensuring that our business objectives are met with IT processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading the Finance Stream in InforM3 within BSP

Guiding Change Advisory Board initiatives and Business Relation Meetings

Overseeing large projects and leading smaller ones to completion

Translating complex finance business requirements into actionable IT solutions

Ensuring second-line support and managing vendor coordination

Spearheading application administration, testing, and training activities within Infor M3


The skills and experience you need:

Extensive experience in Infor M3 Finance and a strong business background

A proven track record in global companies and similar roles

Fluency in English and the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels

About the position
As a Systems Specialist in R&D you will be a part our team that are responsible for deliverables within our digital platform. You are offered a challenging and developing position in an international environment.

You will work closely with our system owners, to develop functionality, to train our users and to execute our deliverables.

Initially, depending on your previous experience, you will focus on the Oracle product configurator or CAE / PDM. You will later also work with PIM, Printing & Label systems and various based internally developed tools.

You will report to the Design Director.

Your profile
You probably have a Bachelor’s, Master’s degree or the equivalent knowledge within the fields of computer science, information technology, engineering or information system.

Previous experience of working with ERP / Product Configurator, PDM, PIM, Printing & Label systems, CAD / CAM / FAE, other engineering software and/or is very valuable.

Some of the software solutions that we are currently running are Oracle EBS, Teamcenter PLM system, Inventor and Catia.

Today, you are probably working in a similar position within a manufacturing company, at a management consultant agency or IT consulting services firm.

You are fluent in English and Swedish, written and spoken.

We are searching for a person with excellent analytical och problem solving skills. You also should be a person who enjoys being self-driven and work well with goal-oriented tasks. You will work within in a team and are used to collaborate well with others, but you also enjoy working independently. You are professional and well-structured.

You will establish a close working relationship with Business Process Owner, Subject Matter Experts and Key Users in order to make sure that you learn how to work with this application independently and flexible. We will put our trust in you and we expect you to bring your best.


This position is located at the ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems office in Landskrona, Sweden and you will report directly to the Program Manager.




About you.
In order to be successful in this role, we believe it is important that you are curious, self-driven and a real “doer” that thrives in an open and challenging environment. You have a background as a developer and working experience within the E-Commerce and Software as a Service (SaaS). We will provide you with training for our application specifically but similar experiences will be important in order to get you trained.


Any kind of experience from working directly with Magento 2 cloud will be considered advantageous.
As we are a global organization, high proficiency in English is required.

What you would do as our Business System Specialist
As our Business System Specialist, you will be a member of our IT Delivery organization as an internal consultant focusing on the CRM and CPQ and covering and supporting our sales solution processes. Your main focus will be supporting the Sales Solution Team with business analysis along with implementation, maintenance and administration of the applications for CRM and CPQ (called ISAC). Here, you will take initiatives, suggest ideas and work with overall improvements for all activities within the sales solution to meet business objectives and requirements.
Key responsibilities for this role are:
Project Management or be part of implement rollouts on decided sales solutions in cooperation with business representatives.
Participate in projects and change request work.
Second line support.
Perform system administrator activities on the platform.
Documentation and testing of applications in scope.
Training of, and close relationship with Subject Matter Expert (SME) and key users.


As Business System Specialist you will attend daily operational meetings with the application team. You attend Sales Solution area meetings and report on tasks, issues, challenges and opportunities to the Program Manager.


The skills and experience you need
To succeed in this role, we believe that you have experience from global/international companies (preferably working in a similar role) and a good business knowledge. If you have a background within Project Management, we see this as a plus. As you will be part of a team but also working independently, we believe that you are able to switch between working alone and in a group where you will be a coordinator.
The requisites for this role are:
Excellent communication skills in English, spoken and written.

An analytical mindset with good decision-making skills.

Being self-motivated and result driven.

Good understanding of business plans and targets.


For this role you can either be based close to our offices in the soutern part of Sweden, Landskrona or Malmoe. You can also be based in Netherlands, Germany or Belgium.
