What you will be doing
Your mission will be to support end-users in IT infrastructure in a variety of areas. You will help to ensure that all users have a working operational IT environment and use the systems in an optimized way, operating and monitoring systems for companies to support.You will be part of the Nordic team that handles first and second level onsite and remote support. That also includes purchase, setup and deployment of IT hardware such as workstations, printers etc. In addition you will handle deployment of new infrastructure based on the IT budget and be a part of smaller projects related to the IT infrastructure.
Your daily tasks will include communication with colleagues around the world, to secure a unified approach on processes. You will also initiate and drive projects and you will be responsible for deliverance and results within your area of work.
About you
We think that you have previous experience from a similar job, preferably in a big international or national company. You are used to providing end user support in a Microsoft environment. We also believe that you have experience in Microsoft Windows Client and Server setup, VMWare and Networking Skills.
To thrive in our organization you need to be a good communicator, self- and result driven, eager to help out, pedagogical and a team player with the ability to prioritize. Since English is our corporate language we expect you to have a high professional knowledge and be able to speak, read and write freely when interacting with your international colleagues.

Arbetsuppgifter


Som medarbetare på vårt lönecenter har du främst ansvar för lönehantering för ASAA ABLOY koncernens svenska bolag, för närvarande 17 st, totalt ca 2.300 löner, något som gör arbetet varierande, kompetenshöjande och framförallt utmanande.


I arbetsuppgifterna ingår löneberedning, systemförvaltning, avtalskontroller i tidredovisningen, behörighet- och personaladministration, pension och försäkringar. I arbetet ingår också att vara support och stöd till chefer, schemaläggare och medarbetare runt om i organisationen. I lönehanteringen arbetar vi i Agda Tid, Crona Lön, Flex, Milltime och Skovik. Under hösten inleds arbetet med att flytta de sista bolagen från Flex och Crona Lön till Agda Tid. Därefter påbörjar vi en harmonisering av alla bolag för att optimera och effektivisera våra gemensamma processer – ett arbete du kommer vara högst delaktig i. Lönegruppen består av fem personer och ni delar på arbetsuppgifterna men kan ha olika expertområden beroende på vilket/vilka bolag du är ansvarig för.

Kvalifikationer


Vi ser gärna att du har en yrkesutbildning inom lön och flerårig erfarenhet av självständigt lönearbete i en liknande organisation. Som person bör du vara lösningsfokuserad, noggrann och ansvarstagande. Det är även viktigt för oss att du har god systemvana och inte är rädd för att arbeta i flera olika system.

What you would do as our Business Application Architect
Your main responsibility will be to oversee, coordinate and drive the continuous integration for our application platforms within CRM, ERP and E-commerce through iCore and, subsequently, iCore Cloud. In addition, you will also be the one who receives and defines new application demands outside of the current application landscape. You will have a close collaboration with the Application Architects for the established platforms and can expect to navigate a truly dynamic and global business landscape.
You would also:
Lead cultural change towards cloud adaptation as part of the Application integration strategy
Provide advice on selecting cloud providers and evaluating third-party services
Develop governance processes and structures


You will report directly to the Director of Information Solutions and be placed in a modern office in Landskrona, Sweden.

The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:
Has in-depth knowledge about Application- and Software architecture, Integration architecture, common information architecture frameworks and models, preferably in a similar business setting.
Has vast system integration knowledge, including interface design, and familiarity of various integration techniques (A2A, B2B, Data & Cloud Integration).
is fluent in written and spoken English

You will establish a close working relationship with Business Process Owner, Subject Matter Experts and Key Users in order to make sure that you learn how to work with this application independently and flexible. We will put our trust in you and we expect you to bring your best.


This position is located at the ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems office in Landskrona, Sweden and you will report directly to the Program Manager.




About you.
In order to be successful in this role, we believe it is important that you are curious, self-driven and a real “doer” that thrives in an open and challenging environment. You have a background as a developer and working experience within the E-Commerce and Software as a Service (SaaS). We will provide you with training for our application specifically but similar experiences will be important in order to get you trained.


Any kind of experience from working directly with Magento 2 cloud will be considered advantageous.

You will be working mainly with the rollout of the system and become an important partner to the local companies/sites. Your job could be partly as AX2012 system specialist within the finance area and partly as team lead for your process/business area in the rollout project you are assigned to. The role will either be oriented more towards systems specialist or team lead, depending on the need and project.As systems specialist and team lead, you will be working on-site with all disciplines, preparing the AX system for rollout.
