Here’s what you would do,
Lead and participate in new product development projects internally and with external partners - from idea to launch, always ensuring great taste and functionality.
Perform product development work like lab, pilot and factory trials, as well as product experience and sensory evaluations.Contribute with product technology knowledge within Oatly and monitor trends and innovative solutions within food technology
Cooperate closely with the commercial, quality, sourcing and production teams and of course with other parts of the Innovation organization
Travel to different markets, sites, and collaboration partners

Trioworld Consumer Packaging i Landskrona tillverkar plast till olika förpackningslösningar där cirka 20 procent idag består av återvunnen plast. På vår anläggning producerar vi årligen ca 10.000 ton polyetenbaserad plastfilm som används i olika applikationer. I verksamheten har vi också tryckeri och konvertering för att kunna trycka och tillverka påsförpackningar av olika slag.


Vi erbjuder dig en spännande plats som utvecklingsingenjör i vårt team, där stort fokus ligger på att driva utvecklingen kring hur vi använder återvunnen plast i nya produkter. Kompetens och erfarenhet


Vi ser gärna att du har erfarenhet från en liknande plats men tveka inte att söka om du är nyutexaminerad ingenjör med rätt studier i bagaget. Materiallära och polymerteknik är meriterande men även statistik, apparatteknik och dataanalys.


Som person är du analytisk, strukturerad, noggrann och lösningsorienterad och gillar att varva teori med praktisk tillämpning. THE ROLE

As a Process Technology Development Specialist at Oatly you will be able to spread your wings in the field of process technology, developing new technology and processing solutions that contributes to the global technology development roadmap. As a Start-up Project Manager in our Global Engineering & Automation team, you will secure the operations readiness from project commissioning to project hand over.
You’ll be reporting to our Global Engineering PMO Manager, and work cross-functionally with overall Project Manager, Production Supervisor, Site Manager, and other stakeholders internally and externally. You'll be placed at our Landskrona site.

This is an excellent chance for an experienced CAPEX project management professional with experience from the food or process industries to contribute to our sustainability mission by leading project activities for successful project handover to our sites!


Here’s what the role involves:

To be part of the delivery of a supply network capable of consistently producing safe, efficient, and sustainable finished products with operations in all 3 regions (EMEA, APAC, AMER) and at budget.

As a Start-up Project Manager, you’ll mostly be focusing on:

Throughout CAPEX projects, ensure activities to enable a successful start-up of a new production site or new installed production line

Collecting and securing startup requisites in the conceptual and basic design phases of CAPEX projects regarding startup content

Lead the handover of project to Operations, ensuring that the project scope is achieved within the agreed cost, production ramp up, capacity and timing

Together with the site organization ensure site staffing, to secure operation readiness according to time plan

Ensure the Global engineering deliverables in the project start-up phase such as SAT report, Maintenance manual, warranty files etc.

Compliance to templates and methodologies are crucial to ensure sustainable success and take learnings for future projects.

In CAPEX projects, presence at site during startup is essential.

Create and facilitate a positive and open atmosphere, where cross functional teamwork is key in solving challenges

Here’s the kind of experience, qualities, and approach that we’re looking for at Oatly:

We believe you have 10+ years of project management experience, delivering Capex projects in the food production/process/pharma industry, regarding new site or line start up

You have a good command of Lean/Production system and Early Equipment Methodology (EEM), implementing new processes, solutions, and improvements

You’re excellent at stakeholder management, coordination and synchronizing across teams and departments, networking internally and externally

You’re an outstanding communicator, and see information and knowledge transfer and training of co-workers as paramount for successful deliveries

You’re as passionate about safety, quality, and sustainability as we are

Education-wise, you’ll probably have a MSc. in Engineering (Food, Chemical, Mechanical, or similar) or other degree

You communicate fluently in English, Swedish is a bonus

- Securing transparency across project portfolio to surface and resolve systemic issues, communicating project scope, expectations, success criteria and progress against milestones to regional/local Engineering Directors and/or project managers and other stakeholders, on a regular basis

- With the support of the Oatly Project Management system; responsible for collecting, compiling, and reporting on project and portfolio progress dashboards - in accordance with corresponding meeting cadence

- Support escalation of issues with great impact on the business and/or other strategical functions outside Engineering scope

- Creating a collaborative atmosphere in the Engineering project portfolio structure

- Follow up on stage gate process and progress, training Engineering steerco members

- Be part of the last phase of the implementation and project roll-out of the Oatly Project Management system (Planview), acting as a Expert user to the Engineering organization.

THE ROLE

As a Laboratory Engineer in the Technology Development team, you will participate in the development of the technology behind our tasty and nutritional products. This is an opportunity for two package engineers to join the Packaging Solutions team at Oatly. In these positions you will have direct impact on the choice of packaging solutions in one of the world’s most innovative and sustainable companies. Your challenge will be to secure the best available and most sustainable packaging solutions for our products, making sure that we are in the forefront also in food packaging. To achieve this, you will be working closely with a wide range of internal and external partners, including our suppliers, our market organisations in EMEA as well as our global supply chain operation organisation. We are a new team being formed in Oatly, so you will have plenty of chances to impact how we work and the choices we do in packaging solutions.

THE ROLE

Your main responsibility will be to lead packaging solution activities in close collaboration with all key functions in the organisation to find the optimal packaging solution for the total value chain throughout the products lifecycle. We are looking for two slightly different profiles; one more geared towards primary packaging and one towards secondary and tertiary packaging.

As a Packaging Solution Engineer, you will have the chance to:

- Build organisational “know how” on how to execute package activities, including creating new processes, procedures, and methods.
- Work in close partnership with product developers, production developers, commercial teams, suppliers, sourcing specialists, sustainability specialists and external consultants.
- Drive the requirements management related to packaging solutions.
- Drive definition & execution of verification and validation plans in relevant test environments.
- Create and maintain packaging documentation & specifications for primary, secondary & tertiary packages.
- Drive risk assessment & root cause analysis related to packaging solutions.
- Continuously scout for new more sustainable packaging solutions.


Both positions are based in Landskrona and will require travelling to different manufacturing/supplier locations, mostly in Europe.

WHO YOU ARE

For both roles we see that you have an education within Engineering. We also see that you bring a minimum of five years of theoretical and practical experience in the packaging area and a well-rounded knowledge of its impact in the value chain. Being fluent in English is a must.

Arbetsuppgifter:

As a part of the Application Management team you will work with colleagues in Landskrona, Paris and Suzhou. Together with Segment Management you combine system and component knowledge to drive technical expertise within different applications. You are a part of the technical support and expertize for BPHE applications as well as participating in different projects, both new development and application projects. Here you also provide technical training and develop associated training material. Driving knowledge capturing/sharing for selected applications and competence areas is also within your responsibility. The role involves some travelling to customers together with our sales reps and to exhibitions world-wide

Profil:

• A Master’s or equivalent Chemical, Physics or Mechanical Engineering
• Knowledge of thermodynamics and fluid dynamics
• Previous experience of heating, cooling, HVAC, refrigeration systems or laboratory work (meriting)
• Fluency in spoken and written English is required, Swedish is beneficial

Main responsibilities
If you are passionate about food safety, quality and sustainability this could be your next opportunity! Oatly is looking for a new employee being responsible of securing product quality according to internal and external requirements, rules, regulation and legislation, with focus on suppliers and co-packing partners. As a Quality engineer, you are involved both in the daily quality work and work with long-term quality assurance. Main duties will include: - Conduct audits and secure documentation, follow-ups of suppliers and warehouses, compliance with applicable food laws and requirements and verification of HACCP plans
- QA resource for innovation, commercial, operations, supply and projects in the Q&E area
- Participate in the design of a global quality manual and implementation of global processes and systems
- Lead and support in problem solving

The position is based in Landskrona. You are part of our global quality team and report to QA Manager Sourcing & Co-packers EMEA and will require some travel to various suppliers and manufacturing locations.

Qualifications
You have a B.S in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry or Mechanical engineering with good technical know-how and several years of experience in quality management in liquid food or pharmaceutical industry. You have solid experience of carrying out audits and your HACCP knowledge is very good. In addition to good knowledge of food law and process technology, we would like you to have experience of project management. It is an advantage if you have experience with Lean and have worked with or managed environmental work. You speak fluent Swedish and English.

As a person, you are curious, self confident, setting requirements and responsible. You are analytic with a holistic and structured approach. You are a team player with a good communicative and relationship-building ability, motivated by both finding solutions and executing projects, with a good diplomatic sense.
