Rollen

Du får en central position där du ansvarar för att Dagabs drift fungerar smidigt och att teamet har rätt förutsättningar i sitt dagliga arbete. Uppdraget handlar både om att skapa struktur och att ligga steget före genom planering, prioritering och förbättringsarbete. Du har god förståelse för både teknik och människor. 

Tjänsten är på heltid, måndag – fredag. Du är anställd på KNAPP och har din placering på Dagabs lager i Landskrona. I rollen ingår personalansvar för sju skiftgående service- och underhållstekniker. 

Ansvarsområden

- Stötta teamet i tekniska utmaningar, analys och felsökning
- Fördela resurser och säkerställa att dagliga drift- och underhållsaktiviteter fungerar
- Planera förebyggande underhåll och utveckla rutiner
- Följa upp leveranser och se till att avtalade servicenivåer hålls
- Arbeta kontinuerligt med förbättringar av arbetssätt och processer
- Hantera budgetrelaterade frågor samt upprätthålla en god kundrelation
- Driva mindre projekt kopplade till installationer och tekniska förbättringar
- Rapportera status och resultat i form av presentationer och sammanställningar
- Säkerställa att arbetsmiljö- och säkerhetskrav följs i det dagliga arbetet
- Personalansvar 

Bakgrund och kvalifikationer

Vi söker dig som har:

- Flera års erfarenhet av att leda tekniker inom service, drift eller underhåll
- God teknisk förståelse och gärna tidigare praktisk erfarenhet av underhållsarbete
- Erfarenhet från exempelvis automation, el, produktion eller lager
- God förmåga att kommunicera på både svenska och engelska
- Vana vid att arbeta i administrativa system och att ta fram rapporter
- Kunskaper inom styrsystem och avancerade automationsmiljöer är meriterande

What you would do as our Scrum Master/Software Team Lead

As our Scrum Master / Software Team Lead you would fill an important role within the R&D Team. You will guide, coach and motivate the team on how to use agile practices and principles with the goal of increasing productivity and delivering high quality products and services to our customers. Some of your key responsibilities would consist of: 

- Mentor and guide the software team
- Work with an agile cross-functional team of hardware engineers, application/UI software engineers and test automation
- Take a leading role in bringing in latest and greatest technology innovations
- Performing complex and detailed software architecture and design analysis leading to a scalable software solution
- Defining the software composition and components
- Defining the platform requirements in terms of OS configuration (Tasks, Interrupts, Memory Allocation) computing, interfaces, inter-process communication etc.
- Generate innovative technical solutions, lead and contribute to their development and implementation across different platforms
- Identify areas for improvement, provide technical guidance and be the key driver for their implementations
- Collaborate with other teams to enforce strong software architecture and design practices into the platform
- Participate in the development of our way of working

The position is full time and you will be part of an R&D team of eleven colleagues (7 in Sweden) and report to our R&D Manager. The divisional headquarters of ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems is located a ten minutes’ walk from the train station in Landskrona. We are positive to a mix of remote and work on site.   

The skills and experience you need

We are looking for someone with an open and honest way of communicating and who is respectful towards others. In this role, you will have regular contact with colleagues from various international companies within the Pedestrian segment.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you have: 

- Experience in embedded software, IoT, Test automation
- Experience with scrum development and as a scrum master
- Experience with an agile development process and tools as Git, Gerrit, Jenkins, Jira, CI/CD
- Desire and ability to work in a multi-tasking and highly dynamic environment
- 3 years of experience in the Scrum Master role for a software development team
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or Certified Product Owner (CSPO) is meriting

The business area focuses on the efficient flow for pedestrians and accessibility to buildings. With a complete portfolio of pedestrian door solutions under ASSA ABLOY brand and an extensive service and maintenance offer, we help customers ensure reliable, safe and energy efficient operations.

You will be part of a team (20 persons in total, 3 dedicated to Products Safety) and report to our Product Development Shared Services Manager.

The divisional headquarter of ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems is serving the global organization, five to ten minutes’ walk from the train station in a modern office.

What you will be doing

As a Product Safety and Liability Manager you are part of the Product Development organization and responsible for that our products, fulfil regulatory requirements, standards and ensure that safety related aspects are covered.

The role supports our organization with worldwide applicable product regulatory requirements/standards. You handle, monitor and inform about 3rd party tests (e.g. RISE, TÜV and UL) and approvals. You will also provide plans, support and continuous training for all employees, projects and programs run within the Product Development Organization and Supply Chain Organization. You will be responsible that product fulfills what is stated in the product Declaration of Conformity and/or Declaration of Performance.

To keep up and to be able to influence you will participate in international and national standardization committees externally and our Standards & Codes Council internally.

You will be travelling, mainly in Europe, approximately 20 days per year.

You could expect to communicate on a daily basis with colleagues around the world, to secure a unified approach on processes. You will also initiate and drive projects and you will be responsible for deliverance and results within your area of work.

What we are looking for

To succeed in this role we believe you have a Master´s or Bachelor’s degree in science and about 10 years’ work experience (three years’ experience of RISE). A deep technical understanding and experience from working with software-, electronics- and/or mechatronic-based products will be an advantage. You are able to link legal requirements to technical solutions and are used to participate in standardization committees/working groups as well as cooperating with 3rd party test labs.

As a person you are pragmatic, thorough and communicative (an inspiring educator). You do also have a strong drive, a continuous improvement mind-set and the ability to cooperate in a multi-functional global project organization.

Since English is our corporate language we expect you to have a high professional knowledge and be able to speak, read and write freely when interacting with your international colleagues. Knowledge in German is a merit.

The position is full time, and you will work with our R&D teams in Sweden, the Netherlands, Germany, Romania and the Czech Republic. What you will be doing 

As our Product Sustainability Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Excellence organization and be responsible for product fulfilment regarding regulatory requirements and standards such as RoHS, REACH and Environment Product Declarations. You will also manage the sustainability aspects for our product portfolio to meet plans and set targets in cooperation with other key stakeholders within the organization. 

You will provide plans, support, and continuous training for all employees. Projects and programs are managed within the Product Development Organization and the Supply Chain Organization. It is your responsibility to make sure that processes and routines are in place and that our products fulfill the sustainability plan and targets. 

You could expect to communicate on a daily basis with colleagues around the world, to secure a unified approach on processes and the way we work. You will also initiate and be responsible for managing regulatory projects and initiatives as well as deliverance and results within your area of work.  

The role supports our organization with worldwide applicable regulatory requirements/standards and the set targets for the sustainability of our products. When possible, travel will mainly be in Europe, approximately 10-15 days per year.    

What we are looking for 

To succeed in the role we believe you have a Master´s or Bachelor’s degree in science, chemical or sustainability subjects and a couple of years’ of work experience in the field. A technical understanding is necessary and experience from work with regulatory requirements within electronics and/or building based products will be a merit as well as leadership skills. You are able to link requirements to solutions and are used to collaborate with R&D. You are also used to coordinate with external parties who are involved in the creation of environment related tests and declarations.
