OM TJÄNSTEN
I rollen som Test Lead blir du en del av ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems R&D-team som arbetar med innovativa lösningar inom skjutdörrar, svängdörrar, roterande dörrar och säkerhetsentrédörrar (SEC).

Du kommer att arbeta i tvärfunktionella team och samarbeta nära med olika intressenter såsom utvecklare, produktspecialister, produktägare, maskiningenjörer och elektronikingenjörer. Som testledare kommer du också att vara en del av en större testorganisation som inkluderar andra testledare, manuella testare och testautomatiseringsingenjörer.

I rollen som Test Lead leder du systemtestning för ASSA ABLOYs automatiska dörrlösningar och säkerställer att de uppfyller de högsta kraven på kvalitet och tillförlitlighet. För att lyckas i rollen har du god samarbetsförmåga och förmåga att leda och kommunicera med trygghet och tydlighet.

Inom ditt ansvarsområde ligger följande arbetsuppgifter:


* Planera och samordna testaktiviteter i linje med projektmål och tidsplaner
* Säkerställa att testningen följer den övergripande teststrategin och kvalitetsstandarder
* Leda och stötta testteamet, inklusive resursplanering
* Nära samarbete med utvecklings- och produktteam
* Skapa, genomföra och underhålla testfall baserade på krav
* Identifiera, dokumentera och följa upp fel och avvikelser
* Delta i testforum och bidra till kontinuerliga förbättringar
* Följa upp testframsteg och regelbundet rapportera status


VI SÖKER DIG SOM
- Har en eftergymnasial utbildning inom områden så som mekanik, elektronik eller liknande
- Har erfarenhet av testning och ledarskap inom test
- Är flytande i engelska, i både tal och skrift.
- Har erfarenhet av Agila utvecklingsmetoder

Work tasks


* Ensure quality guidance for R&D to enhance competitiveness of ASSA ABLOY Entrance System products
* Work as part of the Product Verification team
* Focus on electromechanical products and systems, particularly Sliding, Swing, and Revolving Doors

What you will be doing:

As Product Requirements Coordinator you will be a part of Business Segment Industrial
BSI), where you will contribute with your skills and experience on how work with Requirements Management in a global cross-functional multi-brand matrix organization.

You will define project specific requirements in Jira, serving as a product description for project members and stakeholders. You will cooperate closely with Product Managers, and make sure that the product business goals, are reflected in the project requirements. You will also work closely with Project Managers and other project members to align requirements with technical, economical and time constraints.

In this role you will report to our Technology Platform Manager.

What are we looking for?

If you have worked with requirements in software and product development in complex projects/environment, and have experience from agile ways of working we would like to talk to you! Maybe you also have a backgrund as Product Owner, Scrum Master and/or in product testing.
