You will be responsible for quality assurance and testing of automated products. You will design and run automated test on the clients systems in the test lab in Landskrona. You have excellent knowledge about software development, have an understanding about electronics and testing embedded software. You will develop and maintain our testcases.

The scope of the projects is not set today. The consultant will need to be able to run more the one project in parallel, and for now it seems to be 1-3 projects that will start some with mechanical focus and some with software/electronics focus.

Description

The assignment is for the client's Digital Solutions Program. As UX/UI Designer you will be responsible for discovering, collecting, and translating user insights into remarkable experience solutions. You will create and evaluate design solutions that address the client's customers' needs balanced with their business needs. You will use Design Thinking and your tenacious design skills, along with your technical knowledge, to co-develop great experience solutions. You'll work with other UX/UI designers, researchers, product owners, product managers, and development teams to deliver UI mockups, prototypes, MVPs, and ship products. In this role, you'll champion being the voice of the client's customers, their customers' customers, & users. You'll translate their needs into beneficial & profitable designed solutions.

Works tasks:

- Design and deliver screen solutions, create visual touchpoints, layout, and interactivity.
- Ensure design consistency with the design system and style guide
- Inform and validate design solutions with customer insight & usability testing
- Wireframing UX/UI flow
- UX journey mapping
- Lowfidelity and high fidelity prototyping.
- Work concurrently with developers to ensure UX/UI designs are correctly translated into code by developers.
- Plan and execute usability of released product/features for continuous improvement


Mandatory competence and experience:

- Interaction Design and User Interface Design
- Adobe XD and similar design and prototyping tools
- Basic front-end coding: HTML5, CSS3 JavaScript is a plus
- Work with, evolve and maintain the design system
- Run the appropriate design methods to prioritize user insights in development sprints
- Optimize design solution using UI animation and transition effects
- Speak and write in English for constructive dialogue


Preferred competence and experience:

- Ability to comprehend the complexity and prioritize where to act
- Proactive in dealing with uncertainty by trying out different solutions, improvising, testing, and designing workable solutions
- Daring to reimagine ideas or connections and making them tangible
- Co-creative in joining the dots between the many perspectives in every challenge, while knowing that there is no single 'right' response and finding the best possible answers is key

Description

Project management of 3 projects. One cloud connected Android application, one integration of a IoT gateway to a legacy control system, one migration of an outdated controller to another existing controller. Further down the line a fourth project about a phone application will be started. This assignment is in Landskrona.

Mandatory competence and experience:

- Experience of software development
- Experience of electronics and mechanical development is an advantage but not mandatory
- Minimum three years of project management experience - Experience of stage gate processes within product development close to production is an advantage
- Experience of agile development
- Experience of SAFe is an advantage
