As our Product Security Program Manager, you'll support Global Solutions success by:


Assisting in the effort of building cybersecurity and privacy knowledge within the product teams by identifying knowledge gaps and helping to provide necessary training.

Leading the growth of our product security champion network.
Managing and tracking the program's exception requests process and risks.
Performing maturity assessments of the product security program.

What we will love about your background:
Ability to work collaboratively with different business areas to assist multiple engineering teams with broad differences in technologies, design principles, and customer expectations.
Effective communication skills and being able to discuss technical topics to groups with a wide range of backgrounds.
General knowledge of security and privacy issues and technical controls.
General knowledge of static analyzers, managing third-party vulnerabilities, performing threat modeling, and working with penetration testers.
Experience building metrics and automation using tools like Jira, Confluence, and others.

Your Experience and Education include:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Candidates with equivalent education plus relevant work experience may also be considered.
Minimum of 5 years of work experience with product development, program management, information security or related field.
Ability to effectively communicate in the English language, both verbally and in writing.

What you would do as our Product Security Manager
As our Product Security Manager, your mission is twofold. From a product security level, you are responsible for supporting the teams in implementation of our product development security policy, e.g. compliance with relevant standards such as ETSI 303 645 and OWASP ASVS.
On an organizational level, your responsibility is to develop, implement and monitor enterprise information security and processes in accordance with standards such as ISO 27001. This includes driving and enforcing security policies, technologies and best practices in accordance with divisional and global business requirements. To achieve this, you work closely both within the product development teams, as well as with the divisional enterprise IT team.
You will report to Head of Product Unit Digital solutions & Technology and based in Landskrona, Sweden.
The skills and experience you need
Proven experience as an Information Security manager or CISO.
Encompass a high level of understanding of the security challenges that comes with a global organization.
Good analysis and decision-making skills, together with a high level of understanding for business requirements and targets, enables you to deliver prompt and accurate support.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken is required.

We believe that you have a genuine passion for cyber security and the will to constantly evolve both your own skills and the knowledge within the team. As a professional, you are disciplined, communicative and thorough. You also have strong pedagogical skill, to be able to explain complex security concepts for people with various technical knowledge. It is also of highest importance that you work well both independently and in a team. Relevant certifications within the area are considered a plus.

What you will be doing

What we are looking for

We think that you have previous experience from working in global enterprise IT departments, and you are used to working on a global level finding the challenges this can have as intriguing. You have documented experience in the IT Security field, and you are passionate about your profession. Experience with Tenable, Windows Server Infrastructure, Microsoft Application Management and Enterprise Networking is meriting. As well as certifications such as CISSP and CEH. Since English is our corporate language we expect you to have a high professional knowledge and be able to speak, read and write freely when interacting with your international colleagues.

As an Information Security Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring IT and information security related policies across the entire division.

This position is located at the ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems headquarter in Landskrona, Sweden and you will report directly to the CIO.

Travelling will be required.

About you:

We believe that you have several years of experience within Information Security, preferably within a similar company, and a university background within computer science or equivalent.

Further, we think it is important to have solid analysing and decision-making skills. You are a good communicator who possesses effective stakeholder management and collaboration skills, especially during stressful situations.

As we are a global company, high proficiency in English will be required.
