As IT Infrastructure Specialist working with us you will be a member of a highly driven and competent team. Your mission

You will support end-users in IT infrastructure in a variety of areas. You will help to ensure that all users have a working operational IT environment and use the systems in an optimized way, operating and monitoring systems for companies to support. You will be part of the Nordic team that handles first and second level onsite and remote support. That also includes purchase, setup and deployment of IT hardware such as workstations, printers etc.

In addition you will handle deployment of new infrastructure based in the IT budget and be a part of smaller projects related to the IT infrastructure. Your daily tasks will include communication with colleagues around the world, to secure a unified approach on processes. You will also initiate and drive projects and you will be responsible for deliverance and results within your area of work.

About you

We think that you have previous experience from a similar job, preferably in a big international or national company. You are used to working with providing end user support in a Microsoft environment. We believe that you have experience in Microsoft Windows Client and Server setup, VMWare and Networking Skills. To thrive in our organization you need to be a good communicator, self- and result driven, eager to help out, pedagogical and a team player with the ability to prioritize.

Since English is our corporate language we expect you to have a high professional knowledge and be able to speak, read and write freely when interacting with your international colleagues.

What you will be doing?

This is a vast and exciting role! You will be responsible for road maps within e-business and digitization, as well as for the transformation of IT in areas of process maturity and delivery models.

This position does not have any direct reports from start, but you will work through strong collaboration to accomplish the necessary improvements and actions.

Also, as IT Transformation Manager you will support the CIO in being business speaking partner towards Marketing & Communication, R&D, Sales, Business Process Owners, business area & country management and key users. Your daily tasks will include communication with colleagues around the world, to secure a unified approach on processes.

Furthermore you will be responsible for the PMO and project methodology and follow up as well as manage Special Projects related to transformation.

This role also includes Vendor & IT Supplier management and to drive and set up new governance to manage Enterprise IT.

In addition, you will handle financial management and IT budget. The IT Transformation Manager reports to the CIO.?

What we are looking for

We think that you have previous experience from a similar job, minimum 5-10 years working with transformation of IT organizations, in a big international company. You have documented project manager skills and experience in working close with the business to understand requirements.

We also believe that you have experience from working with digital strategy, e-solutions ( B2B, B2C, Content Management). Deeper knowledge in e-commerce platforms and/or sales configuration tools is considered a plus.

Since English is our corporate language we expect you to have a high professional knowledge and be able to speak, read and write freely when interacting with your international colleagues.

This position is global and includes traveling.??
