We’re searching for an Infor M3 Finance Business Relations Manager with a deep understanding of Infor M3 and a solid grasp of finance processes to help optimize our Business Segment Pedestrian (BSP). What you will do as our Infor M3 Finance Business Relations Manager: In this role, you will take charge of process enhancements and business support. Collaborating closely with the BSP application team, you’ll attend strategic meetings, analyze business needs, and implement transformative solutions. Your mission is to improve efficiency across service solutions, ensuring that our business objectives are met with IT processes.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading the Finance Stream in InforM3 within BSP
Guiding Change Advisory Board initiatives and Business Relation Meetings
Overseeing large projects and leading smaller ones to completion
Translating complex finance business requirements into actionable IT solutions
Ensuring second-line support and managing vendor coordination
Spearheading application administration, testing, and training activities within Infor M3

The skills and experience you need:
Extensive experience in Infor M3 Finance and a strong business background
A proven track record in global companies and similar roles
Fluency in English and the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels

Assignment: This is a consultant assignment by Jefferson Wells but you will work at the customers location. It's a assignment for one year. You can work remotely for this assignment.

About product and safety manager:

As a Product Safety you are part of the Product Development organization and responsible for that the products, fulfil regulatory requirements, standards and ensure that safety related aspects are covered. The role supports the organization with worldwide applicable product regulatory requirements/ standards. You handle, monitor and inform about 3rd party tests (e.g. RISE, TÜV and UL) and approvals.

Other responsibilities:

* You will also provide plans, support and continuous training for all employees, projects and programs run within the Product Development Organization and Supply Chain Organization.
* You will be responsible that product fulfills what is stated in the product Declaration of Conformity and/or Declaration of Performance.
* You will be travelling, mainly in Europe, approximately 20 days per year. You could expect to communicate on a daily basis with colleagues around the world, to secure a unified approach on processes.
* You will also initiate and drive projects and you will be responsible for deliverance and results within your area of work.

What are we looking for?

To succeed in this role we believe you have a Master´s or Bachelor's degree in science and about 5 years' work experience. A deep technical understanding and experience from working with software-, electronics- and/or mechatronic-based products will be an advantage.

Other requirements:

* You are able to link legal requirements to technical solutions and are used to participate in standardization committees/working groups as well as cooperating with 3rd party test labs.
* As a person you are pragmatic, thorough and communicative (an inspiring educator). You do also have a strong drive, a continuous improvement mind-set and the ability to cooperate in a multi-functional global project organization.
* Since English is our corporate language we expect you to have a high professional knowledge and be able to speak, read and write freely when interacting with your international colleagues.
