I den här rollen kommer du ansvara för hanteringen av svenska och globala leverantörer. Du kommer vara en del av ett team på mer än 10 personer och rapportera till Inköpschefen.

We are recruiting a project manager who will oversee the repair/conversion or maintenance of the vessels at the yard in Landskrona.
Main responsibilities for the project manager are to plan, organize and follow up with focus on costs, time and quality. The manager is also fully responsible for the commercial aspects of the project. The project group is led by the project manager, other members in the group are foremen for each trade and finance controller. The foremen plan and lead the jobs and report to project manager daily. The controllers are supporting all members in the group by monitoring the cost.
As a project manager you need to adapt to each project’s requirements, be updated of what is going on in the project – the technical aspects as well as the financial ones. It is of great importance to keep the customer updated of the progress of the project, often requested on daily basis from customer. The projects are normally scheduled for one to two weeks at the yard.
Qualifications for project manager:
• At least 5 years of experience in running customer projects with 5-10 MSEK turnover.
• Experience from ship repair
• Marine Engineer / Civil Engineer with mechanical engineering / Naval Architect
• Very good Swedish and English in verbal and writing
• Good computer experience and familiar user of Outlook, Word, Excel and Microsoft Project
• B-driving license

Oresund Drydocks is looking for new estimators
The estimator role is a crucial part of the process that starts with inquiries received from shipowners and ends with a successful re-delivery of a vessel on-time. The estimator role is to calculate quotations, working together with the responsible salesperson securing the order.
The Sales/estimator department today consists of six people including the Chief Commercial Officer. You will report to the CCO.
Since the group is quite small you have an opportunity to develop your skills and to be a part of developing the company’s processes and routines within the department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
As an Estimator, you run the process from receiving the tender documentation to delivery of the completed quotation and will work on pricing our projects based on technical descriptions, material and subcontractor offers, drawings and sometimes pre-inspection onboard vessels if needed.
You compile documentation for subcontractors and make technical specifications for procurement. As the role also involves contact with customers, contractors, suppliers and internal departments, social skills are valued. The work is independent and requires you to keep several projects ongoing at the same time.
Required Education & Expertise:
· Bachelor's degree or a minimum three 3 years of experience in budget/planning/estimating within a shipyard or industrial company is preferred
· Ability to operate major Microsoft Office applications
· B driving license
· English both in speech and writing is mandatory
· Swedish both in speech and writing is meritorious
· Knowledge in ISO 14001, ISO 9001 and OHSAS 45001
