Main tasks:

Do you have leadership experience and wants to take the next step in your career? We are now looking for Shift Leaders to be a part of our new organisational set up in Landskrona. We need you to build the right structure for your team, with the right conditions, to train, develop and retain our employees and together strive for a long-term successful factory.

As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for production during the shift time, coordination of personnel and utilization of the facilities so that products can be delivered to the agreed time in the right quality. We are looking for a ‘team player’ who are able to cooperate with work colleagues and help each other to build the best teams and strive for the best way of working to reach the agreed targets.

Key responsibilities for the role are:

• Work to ensure people and resources are applied in an efficient and effective manner to meet the agreed requirements while achieving delivery, quality, environmental and safety standards
• Ensure the team are aware of day to day targets and responsibilities and the importance in achieving these
• Undertake continuous training and development with teams
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems to the Paulig way of working
• Ensure that the escalation procedure for quality and delivery concerns is followed
• Consistently promote high standards and act as a role model for the team
• Ensure full adherence to 5S practices at all times
• Maintain and improve routines standards in regard to FSCC, BRC, HCCP, ISO14001
• Be visible in the production area and to support the team.
• Lead team meetings with a structured agenda
• Ensure the Paulig excellence way of working is applied at all times

Skill/knowledge and experience

We are looking for a shift leader with, at least, 3 years supervisory experience and with work environment & labour law training. You should also have experience in Lena Manufacturing and leading cross functional teams. We believe you have an experience in change management and coaching employees. Further you should have good computer skills and the administration is done in MS Office, RS Production and AX. Driving license is mandatory.

The role is placed in our Tortilla Factory in Landskrona and is a 5- shift employment.

We are looking for a solid natural leader with an ability to communicate in a clear and positive manner. You should be able to motivate your team and set challenging goals. Further you will contribute to the production organization with your drive and engagement to work with contiguous improvements.

QEHS Manager

As QEHS Manager at Paulig Food you will be responsible for the fulfillment of customer, consumer and authorities demands related to quality, food safety, environment, health and safety, for management systems, projects and quality assurance E2E and legality as well as group policies for the productions site in Landskrona.

Key Responsibilities

Plan strategic and operational activities, assure knowledge and way of working that is needed to fulfill and exceed the expectations within QEHS areas throughout the whole organization.

Responsible for closing any gaps between stakeholders requirements, legal requirements and existing processes within QEHS on the site.

Operational Performance

• Promote the organization to work with a continuous improvement and target-oriented mindset throughout the production site.
• Drive development and harmonization of the QEHS management systems.
• Make sure that the effect of all activities in the teams are reflected in the function and group KPIs and performance such as lead time, service level, consumer complaints, COPQ, health related issues, LTA, environmental performance, supplier performance etc.
• Ensure that Paulig procedures, HACCP and legal and customer requirements are complied with in Supply Chain and all activities at the whole Landskrona site.
• Continuously improve the QEHS system by initiating improvement projects regarding process, product, environment, health & safety and systems.
• Ensures that the factory and products meets external and internal requirements, including legal (national and international) and standard compliance as well as customer expectations.
• Responsible for all coordination and represents quality in audits performed by external bodies, authorities and customers.
• Responsible to follow up that non-conformancies related to QEHS parameters connected to PDM and ERP information are updated.
• Assure and follow up QEHS key KPIs
• Responsible for the raw material and traded items analysis and releasing of raw materials and traded items on time.

As part of the operation management team you should contribute in the strategic business planning.

Leadership

Lead and inspire people on all levels to strive for excellence, grow together and stay curious. Ensure permanent trainings and information flow from EHS to all relevant stakeholders. Responsible for training programs, short and long term for the employees of responsibility area.

Knowledge and experience

The position requires University degree in food science or equivalent. At least 5 years experience in a similar position and working with QEHS management systems. Experience in implementing and developing QEHS management standards. Good experience in food manufacturing processes and ability to interpret and implement QEHS legislation. You should also have good knowledge in Continuous Improvement an performing audits within QEHS. Fluent in local langue's & English. Other language skills is beneficial.

Som QEHS Coordinator säkerställer du att arbetssätt och processer i fabriken följer gällande QEHS-standarder, HACCP-plan och lagkrav. Du är även bidragande till att utveckla vårt arbete inom kvalitet, miljö och hälsa & säkerhet och i nära samarbete med vår produktion. Mycket fokus kommer i denna rollen ligga på Hälsa, Miljö & Säkerhet.

Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter:

• Delaktig i förbättringsarbete
• Identifiera risker och säkerställa att åtgärder genomförs
• Säkerställa och godkänna att verksamheten drivs med fokus på livsmedelssäkerhet
• Utföra internrevisioner löpande enligt verksamhetsplan och som team leda bolagets kvalitetsarbete
• Komma med förslag till och delta i förbättringsprocesser
• Utbilda personal inom ex nya standarder, miljökrav och säkerhetsarbete

Kvalifikationer
För rollen krävs utbildning inom livsmedel, kvalité eller annan likvärdig bakgrund samt några års erfarenhet av kvalitetsarbete, då främst arbete med hälsa, miljö och säkerhet inom livsmedelsindustrin. Du bör ha goda kunskaper inom HACCP samt arbetat med internrevision. Du har förmåga att uttrycka dig väl i tal och skrift på såväl svenska som engelska. Vi ser också att du har mycket god datorvana.

Som person är du självgående, strukturerad och noggrann. Du har en god analytisk förmåga kombinerat med ett flexibelt synsätt. The unit in Landskrona was built in 2008/2013 and is a highly automated plant where today about 15,000 tons of tortilla bread is produced. The factory has about 70 employees and works in close cooperation with other factories within the Paulig Group's operations in England and Belgium. The factory has undergone a successful restructuring in recent years and plans for future growth.

Paulig are now looking for an experienced and proactive operations factory manager to lead the team in Landskrona. As a Factory Manager you will be responsible for the day to day operation, achievements as well as creating an efficient and profitable business whilst ensuring resources are allocated and resources are in place.

Responsibility

As Factory Manager, you are responsible for the achievements of the factory and you will run the unit in accordance with the set KPI’s and responsibilities, it is also important that you have experience qualities to lead and engage change with the right skills to drive your leadership team forward.

Education and experience

We are looking for a Master of Science or equivalent academic background with a specialization in production technology. You should have solid experience from manufacturing companies and have at least 10 years of experience in leading positions. At Paulig, operational activities are becoming increasingly international and it is therefore important to have good knowledge of English in both verbal and written. You should have the experience of reporting in both line and matrix and have strong IT skills particularly with MS Office applications. It is of great importance that you have experience of change management and experience in working in organisations that have strong development and learning principles. Experience with Lean manufacturing and or Six Sigma is a strong advantage.

The person we are looking for should be businesslike, have a used and distinctive ability to work strategically and have a coaching approach.
