You will be joining a skilled and dedicated planning team of 9 colleagues in Landskrona.

Your Role
As a Transport Planner, you will play a key role in coordinating daily transports and ensuring optimal flow of goods for our customers. You will act as the link between customers, external partners, and our internal production setup. Your job is to ensure a high degree of efficiency and utilization in our transport network.

Key Responsibilities
Daily planning and coordination of internal and external trucks
Ongoing communication with drivers regarding schedules, changes, and delivery instructions
Close collaboration with customers, hauliers, and internal departments
Optimization of routes, transport capacity, and resource utilization
Managing and following up on transport-related issues and requests


Your Profile
You are a solution-oriented and structured team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy a variety of tasks and value good communication and collaboration across teams.
Solid experience as a Transport Planner or in a similar logistics role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent in Swedish and English – other languages are a plus
Able to prioritize effectively and maintain an overview

This is a full-time position where you will work in close cooperation with the warehouse to ensure a smooth operation of the customers goods.


The position
Working closely together with the customers, colleagues and our partners is key to ensure the goods are handled safely and efficiently which is in line our high-quality standard services.
In this role, you are therefore expected to work with:
Daily contact with customers and suppliers
Warehouse inventory management
Handling orders and registration of shipments
Invoicing customers



Your profile
The right candidate will be/hold:
Solid working experience from a similar job
Min. two years of experience with WMS
Able to support customers and colleagues by providing good solutions
Able to work in an environment with tight deadlines
Good communication skills in Swedish. Preferably also in English

Assistant for Business Services

We are looking for an assistant to our Business Service department to join our office in Landskrona, Sweden!
Our warehouse in Landskrona is a quite new warehouse and was completed three years ago. The warehouse is responsible for handling loading pallets on/off the trucks before they are distributed to our customers both nationally and internationally. Working closely together with the customers, truck drivers and colleagues is key to ensure the goods are delivered safely, efficiently and with a high-quality standard.

The position
Kurt Nagel Sverige AB is part of the Nagel-Group, which deals with transporting temperature-controlled goods across all of Europe. You will therefore become an important part of a bigger international network within food logistics. We are looking for a maternity replacement to join our Business Service team of 5 employees. It is a full-time job, where working hours will be on weekdays, normal office hours 8.00 – 16.30.
In this role, you'll have a good mix of diverse tasks that form an important link between the transports carried out and the final completion of each transport for our customers.
The tasks include, among other things:


Responsibilities
Within the team the following tasks are managed:
Invoicing customers and hauliers
The administrative handling of packaging accounts for customers and hauliers, including document management
Transport document management in general - sorting and scanning
Providing transport documents for customers at their request
Administrative handling of pallets
Customs



Competencies
The right candidate will be/hold:
Good knowledge of transport documents
A flair for numbers
Solid working experience from a similar job
Thrive on routine tasks
Able to work both independently and in a team setting
Able to work in an environment with tight deadlines
Good communication skills in Swedish and English
Experience from custsoms is preferable, but not required

We are looking for two transport planners to join our growing team!

Who are we?
Kurt Nagel Sverige AB is part of the Nagel-Group concern, which deals with temperature-controlled logistics across Europe. We are looking for two new freight forwarders. The right candidate(s) will become a part of a competent team consisting of 9 people and a great work environment. Our office facilities in Landskrona are brand new and were completed just less than a year ago. The northern segment of the Nagel-Group is experiencing increased growth and we invite you to join our exciting journey – if you have what it takes.
You will be the company's face towards the customers and our external partners by handling the daily inquiries. At the same time, you will be the link between our customers and the production, where you continuously must establish a good degree of utilization. Simply put, your job will be to ensure the best possible transport coordination.

· Handle the daily disposition of internal and external trucks
· Participate in transport document management and contribute to further the development of this area through automation and digitalization
